Eligibility and coverage rules
This is a TOP claims-payment change. It does not establish that VA disability, FMP or CHAMPVA payments follow the same policy.
Steps to take
- Open the production TOP Beneficiary Secure Claims Portal below and sign in or create an account.
- Use the portal's direct-deposit/payment-preferences option. Follow the account-specific instructions.
- If your bank or account cannot be configured, contact the TOP Regional Call Center through the official beneficiary page rather than waiting for a paper check.
Timing: The Thailand mailed-check change is already effective as of August 21, 2026. It does not extend any claim-filing deadline.
