Hale Koa is in Waikiki, Honolulu, not Southeast Asia. A spouse with valid dependent ID may stay without the sponsor, unlike some Japan facilities.

The hotel offers no airport shuttle, so add transfers, parking if needed, meals and commercial fallback airfare. Compare the whole trip, not just a military room rate.
